Gold Orbit is a business-management (ERP) application for gold-industry participants, providing recordkeeping, gold-calculation utilities, financial-record management, and internal business reports. Gold Orbit is not a financial institution, licensed broker, trading platform, stock exchange, payment provider, custodian of funds or gold, or investment advisor, and provides reference tools only.
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple.
You are fully responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and the records you maintain, including gold price/purity/weight verification, and for complying with all applicable laws, tax, and regulatory requirements.
You must not use Gold Orbit for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, terror financing, sanctioned activity, false or misleading records, hacking, or unauthorized access. See also our Acceptable Use Policy.
Gold Orbit does not guarantee price accuracy, calculation accuracy, market availability, or gold purity/quality/weight. The service is provided "as is." See our Disclaimer.
The app is currently provided without in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, terms will be presented before purchase.
Gold Orbit and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the business data you enter and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, illegal activity is suspected, false information is entered, a security risk or misuse is detected, or law/regulation requires it. You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete Account, or [WEB DELETION URL]).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Orbit is not liable for financial, trading, or business losses, calculation errors, data-entry mistakes, market fluctuations, or indirect/consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW COUNTRY/REGION], and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
The app is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use must comply with the applicable store's terms. For iOS, Apple is not a party to these terms, has no warranty obligation, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them; the app is licensed (not sold) to you under Apple's standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) except as supplemented here.
We may update these terms and will change the Effective Date above.
